Our restaurant has been awarded a star by Michelin, is in 65th place of the Lekker500 and attracted a lot of attention at Gault Millau. From a quick business lunch to hours of romantic dining, everything is possible. Patron Cuisinier Lars van Galen and his team cook with the seasons. Not because it is hip, but because what comes from the land is also bursting with flavor: from asparagus from Twente soil in the spring to game from the region in the autumn, for example.
Do you really want to see Lars and his white brigade at work? This is possible at Lansink's own chef's table, which is unique in Twente. In a separate atmospheric room there are 3 high bar tables, with a maximum of 14 seats. You really look at Lars and the other chefs and see how your dishes are created with dedication.
Our 2 terraces have only limited availability. If you wish to dine on the terrace in good weather, we will follow the order of entry. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve in advance.
