The best of the region, prepared with passion. SVH Master Chef Lars van Galen is always looking for the best. The finest locally sourced meat, the freshest fish, the most tasty vegetables. Precisely that passion and craftsmanship is what make the kitchen of 't Lansink so popular with our guests. Add to that the passionate and expert service in which our guests really want to put in cotton wool, and the intimate atmosphere of our historic building, and you can really enjoy timeless. The well-stocked wine cellar completes the experience.

Our restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star, and reaped high praise from Gault Millau. From quick business lunch or a romantic dinner for hours, everything. Patron Cuisinier Lars van Galen and his team are cooking with the seasons. Not because it's hip, but because what comes from the land is packed with flavours: asparagus from Twente soil in the spring to wildlife from the region in the autumn for instance. He prefers visiting the suppliers himself…“You see the vegetables grow, and how the animals live. In consultation with suppliers I get exactly the kitchen which is optimal flavour. That’s great. "
Would you like to see Lars and his kitchen crew at work? That is possible thanks to Lansink's own chef's table, unique in Twente. In a separate atmospheric space are three high bar tables with up to 18 seats. You look Lars and the other chefs really on the fingers and see how your dishes are created with dedication. We serve here three different menus with specially selected wines by our sommelier.
From Monday to Sunday, our chef's hosts and hostesses at your disposal for your lunch or dinner.

For groups of 8 people or more, we are open for lunch with pre-made reservations.

Our terrace has limited availability. Do you wish to dine in fine weather on the terrace, we will use the order of entry. Reservation is not possible.
